The BMS event, “Be-Music West II” has opened on the Western.
The number of works is 15. Although it is slightly less than the first Be-Music West 17 works, I think that the level of the work is on the rise due to the large number of first-time participants.
By the way, overseas events may be a bit distracting for Japanese players (because there is a lot of English).
However, in recent years the accuracy of Google Translate has become so high that you can easily cross language barriers, so you can play with confidence. It's interesting to touch in various ways to find bargains.
◆ Evaluation system
Voters can vote an impression on a work with 0-100 points.
And following the first Be-Music West,

average-oriented system is adopted.
And a new feature is the "Liked" button. Likes are counted when you press this button (this does not affect your overall score)

◆ Introduction of registered works
Then, I'll introduced all of songs in this event.
1. JERK FESTIVAL / MITCH DOWNVELL
The first work is JERK FESTIVAL made by MITCH DOWNVELL. This song is light breakbeats. It is a work that is enjoyable to play, including the BGA made by 空読無 白眼(kudomu-shirome), the synergistic effect appears.
2. under the stars / Oran-G
The first Be-Music West participant, OrangeRight or Oran-G, has appeared with pop game music.
The tune that makes you feel a little sadness in the brightness will go well with Japanese who like J-POP.
3. fancy bus / First Class
The author of the first BMWest "fancy jet / First Class" is reborn as a bus this time. A refreshing tune reminiscent of driving.
4. Murderer of the Misty Night / Jack
Maybe Jack is first appearance in BMS event. Euro synths that jump out of meaningful titles were upper songs that suddenly swelled from disturbing tunes. It is a mysterious work with a dark atmosphere throughout.
5. Istanbul Trip (monolith Remix) / Remixed by KidZ G
This is a remix of zio's "monolith" by KidZ G from Japan. It's a gem that makes you feel a foreign country as the title even though it was made in Japanese.
6. you can't change a thing... anymore / Lollipop
Recently introduced in the above, Lollipop, a hot English BMS writer , is participating in the first UTAU vocal song. It's a moist electro pop. You must listen to the melodies full of the sadness of the latter half part.
7. Smudge / Nakaiankow
Nakaiankow from Japan. The hand-made techno with his characteristics well expressed, the sound is unique and very good. He aim to control the United States and Europe in a unique style.
Um ... I'm a little scared of BGA ...
8. data harm / isocosa
Isocosa, who will be participating in the event last winter for the first time. Genre is techno ...? It's difficult to describe in words. Try playing it anyway. I am overwhelmed by the matching technique with BGA.
9. BAILAGUA JIRA / MITCH DOWNVELL
It is the second work in this event made by MITCH DOWNVELL . This is also light techno ... no, it's interesting because it suddenly becomes magnificent. The pattern is a only 5KEY. It's like a craftsman!
10. conjunctiva / 空読無 白眼(kudomu-shirome)
kudomu-shirome, who came from Japan, is playing a techno-based song that he is good at. The sound he uses is very unique, and he jump into Europe with him own world view.
11. Cough / Qga
This is also Qga from Japan. A fashionable Trap with a mix of voice story cut-ups. Although it is Japanese, a song that looks quite abroad has jumped out.
12. No Time 2 Love / isocosa
This is the second appearance of isocosa. It is game music that makes you feel like a Game Boy. This is a pop music that is very familiar. It's quite different from thie first work (data harm).
13. Dreamchaser / Dolphin feat. Amalie
Well, speaking of an English-speaking writer, Dolphin registered a great vocal song with a great BGA made by professional video artist 140/fth. The synergy with the refreshing BGA shines the beauty of the song.
14. ded / tdef
tdef, who will be coming from London, will be playing with a slightly darker breakbeat. The immersion in the music with the music pattern and loops makes you deep addicted
15. Jandaya / CAELUS
Participating in the slide-in was CAELUS, a 3rd-ranked professor at the first BMWest. This time, too, he will aim to conquer Europe and the United States with live music-centered world music, making use of his outstanding melody sense.

So more than 15 works were entered. There are many works of gem and each artist has rich colors, so I think that there are very interesting works.
